Nice range of motion during pullups.  Can somebody identify this guy?

 Workout - 7 singles of weighted pullups,  increase the weight for each rep and find your max

Alternate workout -

5 rounds of  15 kb swings ( go heavy)   

30 double unders ( 3:1 singles if you don’t have double unders)
