Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the gym Saturday night for the BBQ, and if you couldn’t make it Saturday, rest assured there will be more to follow.

This Saturday afternoon from 3pm till ????????, bring your favorite meat and a dish to share and we’ll kick it off in style.  Our grill may not quite as cool as this but we are way more fum than the guy in the photo.  Let us know who’s down for some grillin’ and chillin’.

Back Story: So the Cuban athlete hits the top of his foot during a kick and takes an injury timeout.  The rules state that you get 1 minute of injury time to tape up and return to the match.  Fifty seconds into injury time the referee gives him a 10 second warning to stand up and be prepared to resume his match.  At just over 1 minute the referee disqualifies him from the match.  Do you think the referee was justified? Was the athlete justified?  What are your thoughts? Oh and please don’t kick us in the face.
