Well, what word you insert is really depends on what side of the stopwatch you are on.  So what word popped into your mind first?  Post your first thought to comments, I promise we won’t hold it against you and add 50 burpees to each workout for the next month.

What a great way to start Thanksgiving.  You all did a great job today and really pushed it through today’s WOD, you certainly deserve whatever indulgences you may have made today.

On a separate note, our old friend Jigga Wigga must be having a very lonely time.  We got a message from him today.  Instead of try to explain it all to you he asked that I post a video that describes his true feelings.  He also asked that you look at his new web page. Video below.

Workout: in teams of 3 complete the following

800m medicine ball run

200 -  push ups and situps

160 - double unders and wall balls

120 - pull ups and dips

80 - box jumps and KBS

40 - HSPU and burpees

Troy Miller, putting some work in before hitting the road to the “Happiest place on Earth”…..ok so Disneyland already took that slogan.  I think it’s time to put it to a vote, so in the minds of CFNSC, which spot is more deserving of the title “Happiest place on Earth”?

Workout: “Lynne” with a twist

take no more than :30 moving from the bench to the bar

take no more than 5 minutes between sets

And this time it’s not one of the trainers.  It was kind of a shock watching her climb the heavy bag for the first time, and then she climbed the rope and somehow managed to make herself a chair out of the rings that she can barely reach.  I’m a little nervous about what will happen when the net goes up.

We will have one class Thanksgiving morning at 8 am.  Our Friday hours will be 8,9 and 10am.

Normal operating hours are in place for Saturday and Sunday.
