The name Helio Gracie is synonymous with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he along with his older brother Carlos are widely recognized as the founders of the art. Helio passed away peacefully in his sleep Thursday morning at 9:15a.m, at the age of 95. He continued to practice the art well into his 90’s and will forever be remembered and honored for his contribution to martial arts.

What is your honest opinion of them? You either love them or hate them, try One World’s“death by burpee” and you will no doubt put them in the never do again category. Also check out their mandatory warm up exercise.
