Rest Day, well unless you are Paige. Then you stroll into the gym after a 3 week vacation and do all 3 workouts for the last chance qualifier into the CrossFit Games all in the span of about 6 hours. That was seriously amazing to watch Paige, we’re glad to have you back.

At a combined 13′ Brian and Matt have to move their body a long way for many of the CrossFit foundational movements, but you never hear them complain they just charge each workout with a reckless abandon. The great thing about that is you know every time you work out with them you are going to get pushed.

I’m guessing 2/3 of part 2 of todays WOD was not fun for them.

Workout: part 1) pick em

Annie keeping the ROM legit all the way to the end of her pull ups during Trevor. Not to say that others weren’t but it always seems like Annie pushes the envelope just a little more during her workouts. In my opinion this is what chest to bar should look like.

For the third year in a row, Team Silver kicks off the Trevor Win’E Memorial Day WOD, with Jody and Family completing their very first Trevor.

Wow, what an amazing day. Thanks to everyone who came out to watch and cheer the teams on during the workouts. A huge thanks to all of our friends from CFSCC, CFSC, Studio 831, CF Monterey and Smart Products for your teams enthusiasm and hard work during the workouts.

Trevor Win’E WOD tomorrow everybody have fun.

There are many useful lifts, that over time have just been tossed to the side and are now rarely used. But in reality many of these forgotten lifts have large cross over benefits. Read the first installment of the series here

Workout: low aggregate time
