warm up, workout, recovery

Sometimes the workout is not even the hardest part. A proper warm up and adequate recovery time are often overlooked aspects of personal fitness. I personally suck at warming up and many times neglect recovery. But they are all a part of the puzzle.

Don’t forget we will be closed this weekend as we are hosting a CF level 1 certification seminar.
