Workout:
Alternating sets between two strength elements, though not supersetting. Rest as needed between sets, but alternate sets.
Bench-Press: 5×3 (5 sets of 3 reps)
Bent-Over-Row: 5×6 (5 sets of 6 reps)
WOD:
Ring-Pushups————x25–20–15–10–5
Knees-To-Elbows——-x25–20–15–10–5
Run 200m——————x1—-1—-1—-1—1
