motivation.

What motivates you? Are you the type of person who is self motivated or do you need somebody to pump you up. I fall squarly on the fence on this one sometimes I can get myself motivated and other times I need the push from other people.

Just for kicks and giggles how many movies can you name in the clip above?

THURS - start with a timed 1 mile run

Sure some people have legitimate health issues that can play havoc on the metabolism but for most of society many health problems can be attributed to diet and exercise.

then after a 5 minute break to recover and stretch
5 x 3 power snatches but the catch is you must move into an OHS after each power snatch

This weekend is the 4th Annual CrossFit Games. CrossFit has come a long way since that first year in Aromas with less than 100 of us stepping into an unknown arena. This year, as much as every second counts it’s time to remind everyone to “Make Every rep Count”.

Good luck to everybody making the trip to Carson this weekend especially our good friend Chris Spealler.

THe Prowler sucks, it just does. Even when you are just warming up and haven’t even hit your working load yet.

There are many muscles that contract during a pull up to succesfully complete the movement. Where do you feel it most?
